Ricky's Metal Guitar Sculpture:

This one-of-a-kind guitar sculpture was crafted by Ricardo Flores-Ortiz, a father who brings his family to Tu Nidito. In 2014, Ricardo came to Tu Nidito with his children after the death of their grandmother. At their bereavement support group, they find comfort, hope and support in an understanding community.

"For us grief is a long process that cannot be rushed. Everyone's journey is different... We are very thankful to Tu Nidito for being there for our family when we needed it most. When I started going to Tu Nidito, I thought I was going to help my girls, but I soon realized it helps me grieve too." - Ricardo
